Orders

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away, so we're usually unable to cancel or make changes. However, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details before placing your order, as JesLov Creations cannot be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us.

Please log into your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to the ‘Track Order’ link here.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your JesLov Creations tracking page.

If your package appears to have stopped moving, don’t worry - it’s still on its way! For international orders, this often means it’s going through customs, which can take a few extra days. For domestic shipments, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier volume, or routing updates.

Your tracking page will continue to update as soon as new information becomes available. If you have concerns after a few days without movement, feel free to reach out - we’re happy to help!

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. If you would like to request a return, please contact us within this time frame. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within this time frame. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order along with your order number, via our contact us page. You may be required to provide multiple photos of the item(s) for verification purposes.

Payments

We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay, Discover, and Paypal. If you are an international consumer, we also accept local payment providers. You’ll see this list when you visit our checkout page.

You will only be charged for what you purchased. If you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days until the issue falls off and gets rectified automatically. However, if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please contact us via our contact us page with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.

Accounts

No, you do not have to set up an account to place an order.

To reset your password, click here. You will then be prompted to enter the e-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an e-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password.

You can easily subscribe to emails by visiting jeslov.com and using the sign up form located in the footer at the bottom of the page. If you want to cancel/unsubscribe, you can click unsubscribe by locating the "Unsubscribe" link within your email.
