At JesLov Creations, we want to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.

For orders within Canada and the United States, the typical delivery time after fulfillment is 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs processing, and local postal services. International delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order size, and available shipping options.

We ship within Canada, the United States, and internationally.

International orders are shipped using the best available shipping method based on the destination and available services.

International orders are only accepted through our Shopify online store and are not eligible for free shipping.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

United States Orders

Orders shipped to the United States are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

Any applicable duties and import taxes for U.S. orders are calculated and collected at checkout as part of your order total. You should not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes to the carrier upon delivery for charges that were collected at checkout.

The amount shown at checkout is based on the information available at the time of purchase. Customs requirements and applicable charges may vary depending on the products, destination, and applicable regulations.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside Canada and the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may apply upon arrival.

These charges are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout and may be collected by the destination country's customs authority, postal service, or delivery carrier.

Most international orders are shipped through PostNL. Customers will receive a tracking number for their shipment and should monitor the tracking information once the package arrives in their country.

Please monitor your tracking information and contact your local postal service or delivery carrier if your package requires action.

It is the customer's responsibility to complete any required customs clearance and pay applicable charges for international orders outside Canada and the United States.

JesLov Creations is not responsible for packages delayed or held due to unpaid duties, taxes, or incomplete customs clearance.

Customs requirements, duties, taxes, and fees vary by destination. JesLov Creations does not control these charges and is not responsible for customs delays, clearance requirements, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information when available.

For most international orders shipped through PostNL, tracking information will be provided. Please continue to monitor your tracking information and contact your local postal service if the shipment requires customs clearance or is being held locally.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@jeslov.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@jeslov.com with your order number and any relevant information.

We will do our best to assist you and work with the shipping carrier when necessary. JesLov Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at select locations. If pickup is available for your order, the option will be shown at checkout.
