Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Personalized, customized, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law.

To request a return, contact contact@jeslov.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection.

Shipping

We ship across Canada, to the United States, and internationally where shipping services are available. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery within Canada and the United States is 3–7 business days after fulfillment. International delivery times vary.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination.
